Mechanical engineering attracted me early on — not theory, but solving concrete problems in production. Over 25 years I have worked on projects in the automotive, food, electronics and paper industries: from designing individual components to managing projects from the first sketch to commissioning at the client’s site.
OGMA grew out of a recurring experience: clients had good ideas but too few partners who knew how to carry them out. One person drew, another manufactured, a third installed — and responsibility was everywhere and nowhere.
Today at OGMA we cover the entire process ourselves. Not because it is easier, but because it is the only way for the machine to actually work the way it should in the end..
