Concept Development

Together with the client, we define the goals, constraints and expected results. We analyse the existing process, identify bottlenecks and shape the starting point for development. The result is a clear foundation, free of assumptions.

Layout Design

We determine the arrangement of components and optimise the movement paths of workpieces through the system. We calculate the times of individual operations and verify that the design achieves the required capacity.

Simulations

We perform static and dynamic simulations of loads, motion paths and limit states of the entire system. Based on the results, we select suitable materials and determine the expected service life of the machine. Simulations run in parallel with the design work, not only after it.

Mechanical Design

We finalise the shape and fit of all components, including tolerances, clearances and fastening methods. At the same time, we define the manufacturing technology and surface treatments (grinding, hardening, nickel plating, anodising, painting). The design is ready for direct transfer to production.

Engineering Documentation

We prepare the complete design documentation: workshop drawings of individual components, weldment drawings, assembly drawings and the main assembly. The documentation is organised for immediate use with subcontractors and in your own workshop.

Manufacturing

We handle material procurement and coordinate subcontractors. We build the mechanical, electrical and pneumatic assembly, all from a single supplier, with no shifting of responsibility between partners. The client receives a machine ready for testing.

Testing & Handover

Testing is carried out in our workshop or directly at the client’s site. We train operators to run the machine. Once the client confirms correct operation, we jointly sign the handover protocol.

Electrical & Pneumatic Documentation

We hand over the complete documentation to the client: electrical schematics, pneumatic schematics and a spare parts list. The client has everything needed for maintenance and any future upgrades.

Operating Instructions

We prepare operating instructions in line with the client’s requirements: safety instructions, routine maintenance procedures, a description of normal operation and troubleshooting for faults. The documentation is clear, structured and suitable for production operators.
